Therapy is the first step towards self-understanding and self-betterment. Furthermore, Psychotherapy and change happens best when therapist and client form a bond and create a safe and caring space. I follow this belief, and I'm dedicated to collaborating and working together with individuals and couples appreciate their feelings, thoughts, and experiences and how it may have impacted their perceptions of their lives, themselves, and their interpersonal relationships.
I initially followed my career in the corporate world and decided to combine my experiences with my belief in the prospect for self-betterment and self-discovery though psychotherapy.
I consider myself a humanistic counselor with respect to all mankind. I'm trained and experienced in several therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic and Behavioral therapeutic techniques, in addition to Person Centered Therapy and Gestalt. Moreover, I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, self-acceptance, addiction, relationship difficulties and family counseling.
